Kolzym is a food for special medical purposes in the form of drops, intended for dietary treatment in cases of temporary digestive problems (including colic) related to reduced tolerance of lactose contained in food in infants.

The presence of two types of lactase in the Kolzim preparation - acidic and neutral - ensures high activity of both enzymes in a wide pH range (pH of the stomach and milk).
