The active ingredient is ibuprofen.
1 capsule contains 400 mg of ibuprofen.
Other ingredients (excipients): macrogol 400, potassium hydroxide 50%, gelatin, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol, purified water, quinoline yellow (E104), patent blue (E131).
Dosage
The drug is intended for short-term oral use.
Recommended dose:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Initial dose 400 mg (1 capsule) every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 1200 mg (3 capsules) per day in divided doses.
Get medical help if treatment is needed for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen.
Indications
Indications for use of the drug are:
1. Pain of various origins, from mild to moderate:
headaches (including migraines)
toothache
pain in muscles, joints and bones
pain after injury
neuralgia
pain associated with colds and flu.
2. Painful menstruation.
3. Feverish conditions of various origins (including influenza, colds or other infectious diseases).
Contraindications
When you should not use Ibum Forte:
if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient of this medicine
in patients with active or previous gastric and/or duodenal ulcers, perforation (hole) or bleeding, also occurring after the use of NSAIDs;
in patients who have ever experienced allergy symptoms such as runny nose, urticaria or bronchial asthma during treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs;
in patients with severe liver failure, severe renal failure or severe heart failure;
in patients simultaneously taking other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs, including C0X-2 inhibitors (the risk of side effects increases);
in patients with bleeding disorders (tendency to bleeding). »
