Composition
Active ingredients:
25 mg diclofenac potassium
22.15 mg diclofenac
Excipient:
Macrogol 600, gelatin, 85% glycerol, purified water, partially dehydrated sorbitol solution, 19 mg sorbitol, sorbitan, mannitol, quinoline yellow
Areas of application: For the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain; High temperature.
The active substance has an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect at the same time. The drug also has antirheumatic properties. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, the so-called prostaglandins. They are largely involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.
How to use:
Take the medicine whole with liquid (eg 1 glass of water).
How long to use?
Without consulting a doctor, do not use the medicine for more than 3 days if you have a fever, or more than 4 days if you have pain. If you have prolonged or recurring symptoms, you should consult a doctor.
Dosage:
First dose – single dose:
Young adults aged 14 years and over and adults1 capsule 1 capsule before meals
Subsequent dose:
Young adults aged 14 years and over and adults1 capsule 1-3 times a day at intervals of 4-6 hours, before meals
Maximum dose: Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Taking on an empty stomach speeds up the onset of effect.

Hypersensitivity to ingredients
Hematopoiesis disorders
Blood clotting disorders
Digestive tract ulcers, including history
Active bleeding, for example:
Gastrointestinal bleeding
Severe liver dysfunction
Severe renal dysfunction
Heart failure
Possible risk of narrowing of the heart vessels, for example:
Ischemic heart disease (impaired blood circulation in the heart muscle)
Impaired blood circulation in the periphery (for example, arms, legs)
