Femaltiker® plusit is briefly malted to contain as many nutrients as possible. During the malting process, the bioavailability of proteins and carbohydrates contained in barley malt increases, at the same time facilitating the effect of beta-glucan on the woman’s body. Only such a special formula and its appropriate technological preparation allow to obtain barley malt with a more digestible and accessible, and thus richer, nutritional composition.
The formula contained in Femaltiker® plus has been additionally enriched with choline and such nutrients as: folates (folic acid and calcium L-methylfolate – FolActiv®), vitamins: B6 and B12, which nourish the woman’s body. Most of these ingredients pass into breast milk, affecting its quality and nutritional value.
The use of a malted barley product is mentioned as an example of good dietary practice supporting lactation.
