Vitella Ictamo Forte cream for difficult skin lesions is a specialized product with enhanced anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial and antipruritic effectiveness. It contains a 3% concentration of light ichthyol, which soothes inflammation, reduces sebum production and limits the colonization of the skin by microorganisms. The cream’s ingredients – Octopirox (0.5%) and Dermosoft Decalact (2%) – enhance its properties, and zinc oxide (10%) additionally supports the anti-inflammatory effect
