“Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to eparinoide or to any of the excipients.
Dosage
Cream:
In the inflammatory process, slightly expanded, apply 1-2 times a day, thread, cream 3-5 cm long (about 0.5–1 g each) or cover one gauze swab and lubricate with Hirudoid 25000 U.I. cream. The cream can be lightly rubbed into the immediate vicinity of the sore area; never claw on the inflamed part. In more advanced ones, large amounts of medicinal are required: about 25 cm (from 4 to 6 g) of cream per day. Practice treatment for 3-4 days, after this period halve the dose until symptoms disappear;
Gel:
Apply several times a day, the gel wire is 5-10 cm long. In the case of an inflamed surface, it is not recommended to rub it onto the painful part, but in close proximity. The Hirudoid 25000 U.I. gel is particularly suitable for percutaneous therapy on large surfaces. After this, large quantities of the drug are required. Practice treatment for 3-4 days; after this period, reduce the dose by half until symptoms disappear.
Warnings
The use, especially if prolonged, of skin benefit products can lead to sensitization phenomena, in which case it is necessary to stop treatment. Hirudoid 25000 U.I. gel and cream contain alcohol between the excipients, and thus should not be applied to open wounds or mucous membranes. Hirudoid 25000 U.I. cream contains para-hydroxybenzoic acid, which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed). Hirudoid 25000 U. I. cream contains lanolin and cetilstearilicoche alcohol may cause local skin reactions (eg contact dermatitis). Hirudoid 25000 U.I. gel contains propylene glycol, which may cause skin irritation.”
