Recommended daily dose
Shake before use. Use a dispenser.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10 ml twice a day, preferably before morning and evening meals.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 ml once a day.
Children aged 3-5 years: 5 ml once daily.

Notes on use
