Properties of ingredients
Garcinia Cambogia extract is the most desirable function of HCA in terms of reducing fat tissue: it acts as a competitive inhibitor of the ATP citrate lyase enzyme and therefore inhibits fat synthesis.
Bitter orange extract suppresses appetite and speeds up metabolism.
Cayenne pepper extract increases the amount of heat produced in the body.
Recommended daily dose
Adults: 1–3 capsules per day depending on body weight.
Up to 90 kg: 2 capsules, one capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and training.
Over 90 kg: 3 capsules, one each before breakfast, lunch and training.
