What are EPA, DHA and GLA?
EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid. It reduces the activity of phospholipase A2 and slows down the release of DHA from membranes.
DHA is docosahexaenoic acid. It is the most abundant fatty acid in nerve tissue and is essential for proper brain function.
GLA – gamma-linolenic acid. Suppresses inflammatory processes in nerve cells.
EQUAZEN does not contain vitamins A and D and sugar and is intended for long-term use.

The saturation phase is the first 3 months.
When first using EQUAZEN to ensure satiety, it is recommended to take 3 teaspoons of liquid form (3 x 5 ml) daily with meals for 3 months.
Note. For children from 1 to 3 years old, the daily dose is 5 ml, even in the saturation phase.
