Ingredients
Active components of the drug are glubionate, calcium lactobionate and calcium.
Other substances in the medicine are: sucrose, propionic acid, sodium benzoate, hydrochloric acid, banana flavor and purified water.
5 ml of syrup contains:
calcium gluconolactobionate 1442.5 mg
calcium lactobionate 313.6 mg
dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as directed in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Administer orally.
• Children under 6 years: one teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day.
• Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 teaspoons 2 to 3 times a day.
• Adolescents and adults: one tablespoon 2 to 3 times a day.
5 ml of syrup (1 teaspoon) contains 114 mg of calcium ions.
The syrup should be served undiluted.
Close the container tightly after use.
The drug can be used in children and adults. Due to its syrup form and pleasant taste, it is mainly used by children.

Contraindication
• Do not use Sanosvit Calcium
• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to medicinal substances or to any other component of the medicine,
• if you have hypercalcemia (increased levels of calcium in the blood serum), e.g. B. in patients with hyperparathyroidism, hypervitaminosis D, multiple myeloma and bone metastases,
• if you suffer from severe hypercalciuria (increased excretion of calcium in the urine).
• If you take high doses of vitamin D.
• If you have galactosemia or diabetes.
• If you have been diagnosed with an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking the medicine.
• Due to the sucrose content, Sanosvit Calcium should not be used by people with hereditary metabolic disorders such as fructose intolerance, glucose and galactose malabsorption, sucrase and isomaltase deficiency.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can have side effects.
In rare cases, the following may occur:
• Gastrointestinal disturbances (gas, constipation or diarrhea).
• In people with renal insufficiency, oral administration of high doses of calcium leads to hypercalcemia, the symptoms of which are: anorexia, gastrointestinal disorders, muscle weakness, polyuria, kidney damage.
Adverse effects may occur if calcium intake exceeds 2000-2500 mg/day with long-term use or in people with renal insufficiency.
Some people may experience side effects other than those listed when taking Sanosvit Calcium.
