Description
Efalex liquid from EB-Vertriebs GmbH is a food supplement for a balanced diet for attention deficit disorder. Thanks to its balanced combination of long-chain omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as vitamin E, the liquid can reduce symptoms associated with ADHD, such as learning and concentration difficulties, and thereby positively affect learning ability.
Ingredients
The product contains a special recipe made from fish oil, evening primrose oil and vitamin E.
Fish oil is obtained from sustainable fisheries. Thanks to its origin and careful processing, it guarantees the highest quality and purity. It is carefully selected for its docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) content and also contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which is also an omega-3 fatty acid. Evening primrose oil is derived from the special seeds of the evening primrose plant, which are especially rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and contain another valuable omega-6 fatty acid, arachidonic acid (AA). Evening Primrose has been grown in New Zealand and the Netherlands to exclusive specifications by the same growers for 40 years.
DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. The positive effect begins with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
Vitamin E improves cell protection from oxidative stress.
Recommended consumption
Children aged three to 14 years take one teaspoon (about 5 ml) of liquid per day. The dose for teenagers and adults is four teaspoons (about 20 ml) per day.
Instructions for use
It should be taken with food. The daily norm can be divided into two servings (morning and evening). Depending on the intensity of symptoms associated with ADHD, the dosage may be maintained or halved after three months.

Patient Information
If you are known to be hypersensitive to certain components, you should avoid taking Efalex. The product is not suitable for children under three years of age.
The packaging should always be well closed, protected from light, moisture and heat and kept out of the reach of small children. If the seal on the bottle is damaged, the liquid cannot be used.
