Compound
The active ingredient is cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
One tablet contains 40 mg of cholecalciferol powder, which is equivalent to 0.1 mg of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (type 102); calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate; pregelatinized corn starch; crospovidone (type A); sucrose; magnesium stearate; sodium ascorbate; medium chain saturated fatty acid triglycerides; colloidal anhydrous silica; all-rac-α-tocopherol.
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet per day from October to April or throughout the year if effective synthesis of vitamin D in the skin is not ensured during the summer months. For the prevention of vitamin D deficiency and conditions resulting from vitamin D deficiency in obese adults.
Without medical supervision, the drug should not be used for a long time (more than 3 months) or in doses exceeding those recommended.

Action

Contraindications
The drug should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the ingredients of the drug, as well as hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, nephrocalcinosis, severe renal failure and hypervitaminosis D.”
