“Composition
The active ingredients of the drug are: allantoin and dexpanthenol.
1 g of ointment contains 20 mg of allantoin and 50 mg of dexpanthenol (50% solution of panthenol in propylene glycol).
Other substances: lanolin, liquid paraffin, white petrolatum, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water.
Dosage
The drug is intended for topical application to the skin.
The affected areas should be lubricated, unless otherwise advised by the doctor, usually once or several times a day.
Child care: apply to areas prone to rashes (after each diaper change). Before using the ointment, the skin should be washed and dried.
Action
The drug contains two active ingredients: allantoin and dexpanthenol.
Allantoin has an exfoliating and protective effect on the skin, improves its hydration and promotes wound healing by stimulating the growth of new tissue. Allantoin, regularly used for hyperkeratosis of the skin, can prevent excessive deposition of keratin (a type of protein).
Dexpanthenol penetrates deep into the skin, where it is converted into pantothenic acid. An increased need for pantothenic acid occurs with damage and various types of skin diseases. Dexpanthenol has the ability to bind water, which increases the elasticity of the skin.

Treatment of sunburn and burns after radiation and phototherapy.
Care for irritated and dry skin.
Excessive keratinization of the skin of the hands and feet.
Supports atopic dermatitis, allergic eczema, rhinitis and ulcers on the legs.
