Active ingredients:
Naratriptan hydrochloride 2.77 mg
Naratriptan 2.5 mg
Secondary ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose,Croscarmellose, sodium salt,iron oxide (III) x-water,Indigo carmine, aluminum salt,Lactose 81 mg,Macrogol 3350,Magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.) [vegetable],poly(vinyl alcohol),talc,Titanium dioxide,Total sodium ions 1 mmol
For the treatment of clearly diagnosed migraine.
Dosage and administration
The film-coated tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with water.
Adults (18 to 65 years).
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet
If the patient experiences an improvement in symptoms after taking the first tablet, a second film-coated tablet can be taken if symptoms recur or become more intense. It is essential that at least 4 hours have passed since taking the first film-coated tablet. The total daily dose (within 24 hours) is 2 film-coated tablets (corresponding to a total dose of naratriptan of 5 mg).
Patients who do not respond to the first film-coated tablet should not take a second film-coated tablet in the same migraine attack.
Children and adolescents (under 18 years)
Do not use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
The safety and efficacy of Naratriptan HEIMANN in adolescents (12 – 17 years) have not been studied. There are no data on use in children under 12 years of age.
Elderly patients (over 65 years)
Do not use in patients over 65 years of age.
The safety and efficacy of Naratriptan HOIMAN in adults over 65 years of age have not been studied.

Do not use in patients with renal impairment

Contraindications
Do not use if you have any of the following conditions or conditions:
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients mentioned in the package leaflet.
Naratriptan HOIMAN should not be used prophylactically.
History of myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease, coronary vasospasm (Prinzmetal’s angina), peripheral vascular disease, or symptoms or signs suggestive of ischemic heart disease
Stroke or transient ischemic attack (mini-stroke). History of hypertension.
Liver or kidney failure”
