Scope
The preparation is a specific agent against yeast fungi (Candida albicans and other Candida species) for the treatment of vaginal yeast infections.
Dosage
Vaginal tablets can be used as desired for a 3-day short therapy or a 6-day therapy. Two vaginal tablets are inserted deep into the vagina for three days in a row or one vaginal tablet is inserted deep into the vagina in the evening before bed for six days in a row. Please wash your hands before use.
Even during pregnancy?
Nystatin does not penetrate the placenta. Due to the size of the molecules, the active substance is practically not absorbed and does not enter the systemic circulation.
