Arko Valerian capsules from the Arkopharma laboratory are a herbal medicine which is administered to reduce nervousness in adults and children, particularly in cases of sleep disorders. It contains 350 mg of Valerian root powder (valeriana officinalis L. sl ). The capsule shell is Hypromellose, a cellulose derivative.
This medication is reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
Dosage of Arko Valerian capsules
This medication is taken orally and is intended for adults and adolescents over 12 years old. Its dosage is 2 capsules at the time of the evening meal and 2 others at bedtime in the case of mild nervous tension, which can extend up to 6 capsules per day.
As for sleep disorders, 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime and two capsules in the evening at mealtime will be necessary.
The duration of treatments should not exceed 1 month.
