Applications
The drug is a herbal medicine for sedation.
The drug is used to relieve nervous sleep disorders.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
for adults and adolescents or young adults over 12 years of age:
Treatment of nervous problems with falling asleep
1 film-coated tablet ½ to 1 hour before bedtime.
If needed, you can also take 1 film-coated tablet earlier in the evening.
Children
It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
There are not enough studies on the use of the drug in children. Therefore, it is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Duration of use:
Due to the gradual onset of action, valerian root is not suitable for the acute treatment of mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.
For optimal treatment success, it is recommended to use it continuously for 2-4 weeks.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be used
if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients.
