Thorne’s basic prenatal system supplies the active forms of folate (5-MTHF) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) for optimal tissue utilization. * Basic Prenatal also contains well-absorbed iron bisglycinate, which corresponds to the increased need for iron in pregnant women. * Several of the essential ingredients of Prenatal (including Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin K) have been proven to benefit morning sickness. * This supplement is made with the purest possible ingredients and no additives and coatings normally found in mainstream prenatal supplements. Weight is a critical time for optimizing a woman’s health and nutrition, which is important for both mother and her baby.
