8.19 mg Butylscopolamine-Cation
500 mg paracetamol
Excipients:

– Magen-Darm-Krempfe
– Gallenwegian cramps (colic)
– Spasms in the female genital organs, for example, with problems with the menstrual cycle.

Dosage
Adolescents from 12 years and adults 1-2 tablets 1-3 times a day at intervals of at least 8 hours, regardless of food intake.
Patient with liver/kidney dysfunction or Gilbert’s syndrome (Meulengracht): you may need to reduce the single/total dose or increase the interval between doses after consulting your doctor.
Contraindication
– Hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
– Narrowing of the digestive tract, such as in the esophagus, stomach, small intestine or colon.
– Megacolon (pathologically enlarged intestine)
– Cardiac arrhythmias with increased heart rate (rapid heartbeat)
– Urinary retention, such as with prostate enlargement
– Myasthenia gravis (nervous system disease with muscle relaxation)
– Closed-angle glaucoma”
