The active ingredient is diosmin (Diosminum).
1 tablet contains diosmin 1000 mg,
Excipients: polyvinyl alcohol, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
The usual dose is one tablet per day. Diosmina should be taken with food.
If hemorrhoid symptoms become more severe, you can take 1 tablet 3 times a day for 4 days, and then 1 tablet 2 times a day for the next 3 days. Do not use higher doses.
Action
Diosmin protects veins and improves their tension. Increases lymph flow through lymphatic vessels. Reduces the permeability of the walls of small vessels and increases their resistance to rupture. This reduces stagnation in microcirculation.
Indications
Diosmin Colpharm Max is used to treat symptoms of chronic insufficiency of the venous and lymphatic circulation of the lower extremities. These symptoms may include: heavy legs, leg pain, night leg cramps, spider veins. The drug is also used in the symptomatic treatment of exacerbations of symptoms associated with hemorrhoids.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug (diosmin or excipients).”
