DuphaVit Pregna is a dietary supplement designed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The ingredients of the preparation help supplement the diet with DHA acid, folates, iodine, vitamin D3 and iron, which are so important for the health of the mother, fetus or breastfed child.
DHA acid helps to maintain proper vision and promotes the proper functioning of the brain. Maternal consumption of DHA supports the proper development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and infants who are breastfed. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 200 mg of DHA daily in excess of the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA. Folates play an important role in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. They participate in the process of cell division and support the proper production of blood. Iron is essential for the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and reduces fatigue and weariness. Vitamin D3 supports the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles. It is also very important for healthy teeth and bones.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule a day. It is best to take the capsule after a meal.
