Compound
The active ingredients of the drug are: dry hydroalcoholic extract of valerian root (Valerianae Extractum Hydro Alcoholum siccum) and dry extract of hop cones (Lupuli floris Extractum siccum).
Excipients: spray-dried liquid glucose, soy lecithin, Allura red AC (E129) aluminum lake, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose with the addition of colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, shell: Opadry II (polyvinyl alcohol, talc , titanium dioxide E171, macrogol 3350, indigo carmine aluminum varnish (E132)).
Dosage
The medicine is taken orally, washing down the tablets with a small amount of water.

Teenagers over 12 years of age and adults:
for mild states of nervous tension: 2 film-coated tablets, 3 times a day,
as an aid for difficulties falling asleep: 2 film-coated tablets one hour before bedtime.
The maximum daily dose is 6 film-coated tablets.
