Coral bark viburnum – Viburnum opulus
Horse-chestnut flower – Aesculus hippocastanum
Cinquefoil herb rhizome – Potentilla erecta
Gentian knotweed herb – Polygonum hydropiper
Horsetail herb – Equisetum arvense

How to use: Pour one tablespoon with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 30 minutes. Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day.”
