Ibuprofen Viatris 200 mg is a medication based on a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug : ibuprofen. This medication is reserved for adults and children over 20 kg (around 6 years old), in order to relieve inflammation and pain.
Ibuprofen Viatris 200 mg is therefore indicated in the short-term treatment of fever and/or pain: headaches , flu-like conditions, dental pain, aches and painful periods .
In one coated tablet there is 200.00 mg of ibuprofen.
The other ingredients are: corn starch, pregelatinized starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, stearic acid.
Coating: povidone, talc, sucrose, macrogol 6000, polysorbate 80, calcium carbonate, SEPISPERSE ROUGE AS 5050 [sucrose, sodium benzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, red iron oxide (E172)], beeswax white, 96 percent alcohol, ethyl acetate.
The occurrence of adverse reactions can be minimized by using the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms.
