Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that is a structural component of cell membranes. It is an important phospholipid in the brain and supports brain health. Jarrow Formulas® PS100 with Sharp-PS® contains a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine from sunflower lecithin (soy-free) that provides excellent stability.
Recommended use
Adults take 1 soft capsule one to three times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
