Opticron 2% eye drops are a local anti-allergic medicine, indicated in cases of eye diseases of allergic origin, such as allergic conjunctivitis.
Its active substance is sodium cromoglicate, dosed at 2.00 g per 100 ml of ophthalmic solution.
The other components of this eye drop are benzalkonium chloride, distilled water, and sodium edetate.
Dosage of Opticron 2% eye drops
For children, medical advice is necessary.
Depending on the severity of the symptoms, the recommended dosage is 1 drop in each eye 2 to 6 times a day at regular intervals.
The recommended dosage should not be exceeded. It is important to strictly adhere to the prescription provided by your doctor.
The duration of treatment, however, should not be extended without medical advice.
