20 mg dexpanthenol
8 mg lactic acid
Excipients:
Benzoic acid, Cetyl stearyl alcohol, Glycerol monostearate, Sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, Purified water, Carbomer, Isopropyl myristate, Propylene glycol, Macrogol-20-glycerol monostearate
Sicca-Gynaedron® is a hormone-free regenerating vaginal cream containing 0.8% lactic acid and 2% dexpanthenol.
Dosage
Intended use/Dosage per application/Duration of application
Alternative to hormonal/ therapy 3-6 ml/ 2-3 times a week
Prevention of bacterial vaginosis and maintenance of natural pH balance./ 3-5 ml /Every 3rd day
Symptomatic treatment of vaginal dryness or lactobacilli deficiency./3-5 ml /Daily for 7 days
Maintaining pH during or after antibiotic therapy/ 3-5 ml /Daily for 7 days
Vaginal and external intimate area care /3-5 ml /Nahk needed
Sicca-Gynaedron® is suitable for long-term use and can be used daily
Instructions
Sicca-Gynaedron® is best inserted directly into the vagina in the evening in a lying position.
With the enclosed reusable applicator, you can individually apply 3 to 5 ml of vaginal cream.
Before first use, unscrew the tube cap and press the tube opening from the other side to
-pierce the membrane cap.
-Unlock the applicator:
2a) Pull the plunger out to the “”2 ml”” mark.
2b) Slightly push the plunger back to the first stop.
-Screw the unlocked applicator (see 2.) onto the tube with the opening facing up to the lower end of the thread.
-Using light pressure, press the regenerating vaginal cream from the tube into the applicator until
-the desired dosage is reached. If necessary, gently pull the pestle back with your other hand.
-Unscrew the applicator from the tube and close the tube tightly.
-Lying on your back, insert the filled applicator as deep as possible into the vagina and squeeze out the regenerating vaginal cream using the plunger.
-After use, thoroughly clean the individual parts of the applicator with warm water. Avoid boiling the water to avoid deformation of the applicator.
Storage conditions and shelf life of Sikka-Ginedron®: should be stored at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C out of the reach of children. After use, the tube must be carefully closed to prevent it from drying out. The screw thread must be clean. The shelf life after opening the tube is 12 months.”
