The drug Structoflex , based on glucosamine, a substance naturally present in cartilage and synovial fluid. Structoflex will reduce joint pain and slow the progression of osteoarthritis. It is therefore used to relieve symptoms due to mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee in adults over 18 years of age.
In a Structoflex capsule:
Glucosamine 625 mg
in the form of glucosamine hydrochloride 750 mg
The other ingredients are : Magnesium stearate.
Composition of the capsule shell : gelatin, red iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), black iron oxide (E172).
