Dosage

In case of severe discomfort in diabetic polyneuropathy, the daily dose for adults is 600 mg alpha-lipoic acid (equivalent to 1 injection vial) in the initial phase.
The injection solution is used for 2-4 weeks at the initial stage of treatment.
For continuation of treatment, 300 mg-600 mg alpha-lipoic acid in mg should be used daily in the form of capsules, tablets or coated tablets.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to alpha-lipoic acid or any other ingredient of this drug.”
