Vitamin B12 is involved in hematopoietic processes; influences the proper functioning of the nervous system, takes part in the synthesis of methionine, ensures good mood and mental balance; supports concentration and learning process; stimulates appetite.
B vitamins and pantothenic acid are involved in metabolic processes.
Vitamin C increases the body’s immunity, supports the absorption of iron, and is involved in collagen synthesis.
