Vivinox® sleep spray with melatonin speeds up falling asleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs when taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Melatonin helps relieve the subjective feeling of jet lag. The positive effect occurs when taking at least 0.5 mg on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and in the first days after arriving at the destination.
Directions for use:
Vivinox Sleep Spray with Melatonin can be used easily and as needed thanks to its precise dosing:
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*: 2 sprays (1 mg melatonin) shortly before bedtime.
To relieve jet lag**: 1 spray (0.5 mg melatonin) when changing time zones.
The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
Storage:
Store in a cool (6–25 °C) and dark place. Keep out of the reach of children.”
