Active ingredients:
23.2 mg diclofenac diethylamine
Excipients:
0.15 mg benzyl alcohol, isopropanol, D-limonene, eugenol, farnesol, linalool, citral, diethylamine
1 mg perfume oil, paraffin, thick, coumarin, ceteareth-22
citronellol, cocoyl caprylocaprate, carbomer 974 p, geraniol, purified water, 0.2 mg butylhydroxytoluene, oleic acid, 54 mg propylene glycol
Scope:
For adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over
For short-term local symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain in acute sprains, strains or bruises resulting from blunt trauma.
Dosage:
The preparation should be applied twice a day (preferably in the morning and evening).
Depending on the size of the affected area to be treated, the amount of gel required is from a cherry to a walnut size, corresponding to 1-4 g of gel.
The maximum total daily dose is 8 g of gel.
Elderly patients
No special dosage adjustment is required. If you are older, you should pay special attention to side effects and, if necessary, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Impaired kidney or liver function
No dose reduction is required.
Use in children and adolescents (under 14 years).
This medicine should not be used in children and adolescents under 14 years of age.
Duration of treatment:
The duration of use depends on the symptoms and the underlying disease. The preparation should not be used for longer than 1 week without consulting a doctor.
Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3-5 days.
Contraindications:
The medicine should not be used
if you are allergic to diclofenac or any other component of the medicine;
if you have a history of breathing problems (asthma, bronchospasm), hives, runny nose or swelling of the face or tongue after taking acetylsalicylic acid or another non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (eg, ibuprofen);
with open injuries, inflammations or infections of the skin, as well as with eczema or mucous membranes;
in the last trimester of pregnancy.
