Use
Pat your breasts dry with a towel. With clean hands, squeeze a pea-sized amount of Lansinoh Lanolin and warm it between the fingers. Apply it carefully over the entire surface of the nipple. If necessary, apply another small layer of lanolin to the disposable breast pad. Apply after each feeding or more frequently if necessary.
Remarks
Store the tube at room temperature – the higher the temperature, the easier it is to apply lanolin.
