Recommended use
Janie’s chia pudding for vitality
Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened organic almond milk
2/3 cup Mamma Chia organic chia seeds
2 tsp organic vanilla extract
1 tsp organic cinnamon
3 tbsp organic agave syrup or honey
Application:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into small portion bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Fresh berries as a topping make this pudding delicious. Makes 4 servings.”
