“Indications:
Prophylactic agent in the prevention and additional treatment of osteoporosis.
Poor nutrition with foods low in calcium.
Conditions of increased need for calcium:
A period of intense growth in children and adolescents.
During pregnancy and lactation.
Conditions after prolonged immobilization and the recovery period after bone fractures.
As an aid in the treatment of colds and allergies.
Impaired reabsorption of calcium from the renal tubules.
A decrease in the concentration of calcium in the blood with an increase in the concentration of phosphorus in patients with chronic renal failure. undergoing dialysis and preventing increased neuromuscular excitability.
Compound:
Calperos 500. One hard capsule of Calperos 500 contains 200 mg of calcium ions in the form of 500 mg of calcium carbonate (Calcii Carbonas).
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Hypercalcemia caused by hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypervitaminosis D, decalcifying tumors without bone metastases, tumors metastasizing to bone, severe renal dysfunction, sarcoidosis. Severe hypercalciuria. Stones in the kidneys. Treatment with digitalis glycosides.
Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 hard capsules (200-400 mg calcium) 2-3 times daily. Do not take more than 1200 mg of calcium ions per day, i.e. no more than 6 CALPEROS 500 hard capsules.
Children over 7 years of age and adolescents: 1 hard capsule (200 mg ionized calcium) up to 3 times daily. It is recommended to take the medicine with food.”
