“The medicine Herbapol Wrocław Nervosol TABS contains active substances, including valerian root extract and hop cone extract. The medicine is intended for people over 12 years of age. The package contains 30 film-coated tablets. Nervosol TABS is indicated for use in conditions of nervous tension and problems falling asleep. Nervosol TABS is a traditional herbal medicine intended for use for specific indications that arise only as a result of its long-term use.
Nervosol TABS – composition:
The active ingredients of the drug are dry hydroalcoholic extract of valerian root (Valerianae Extractum Hydro Alcoholicum siccum) and dry extract of hop cones (Lupuli floris Extractum siccum).
One film-coated tablet contains:
100 mg hydroalcoholic extract (as dry extract) of Valerian officinalis Lsl, valerian root (3–6:1), extractant: ethanol (70% v/v) and 32 mg extract (as dry extract) Humulus lupulus L., floss (hop cones) (4-8:1), extractant: ethanol (40% v/v).
Excipients with known effects: spray-dried liquid glucose, soy lecithin, Allura red AC aluminum varnish (E129).
Excipients: colloidal anhydrous silica, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose with the addition of colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, Opadry II shell (polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide E171, macrogol 3350, indigo carmine aluminum varnish (E132).).

Nervosol TABS is a traditional herbal medicine intended for use for specific indications that arise only as a result of its long-term use.
Contraindications:
Allergy to active substances (dry extracts of valerian root and hop cones) and plants of the valerian (Valerianaceae) and (Cannabaceae) families or any other ingredients of the drug. The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age. The drug should not be taken by patients with glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or known hypersensitivity to peanuts and soy. The medicine may cause allergic reactions. You should not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby.
Recommended consumption:
Always use Nervosol TABS as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Before first use, consult your doctor.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: for mild states of nervous tension, 2 film-coated tablets, 3 times a day; for difficulty falling asleep as a sleep aid: 2 film-coated tablets one hour before bedtime. The maximum daily dose of the drug is 6 tablets. Use orally.
Duration of use: If symptoms do not disappear during use of the drug and persist for more than 4 weeks, or side effects not listed in the package insert occur, or any other side effects occur, consult your doctor.
Possible side effects:
Nervosol TABS, like any other medicine, may cause side effects. Remember that not everyone will experience them.
When using Nervosol TABS, gastrointestinal disorders may occur: nausea, abdominal cramps – frequency unknown.
Precautionary measures:
Nervosol TABS may impair your ability to drive or use machinery. After taking the drug, patients should not drive or operate machinery. If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, talk to your doctor before taking Nervosol TABS. The simultaneous use of Nervosol TABS and synthetic sedatives is not recommended.”
