How to use
Adults: 1 patch per day.
The patch is simply glued to a clean, dry area of skin.
A new patch is applied once a day at the same time, preferably shortly after waking up, and left on for 24 hours.
Always choose a different location on the skin to apply a new patch.
The patch is applied to the same place no earlier than 7 days later.
If you are happy with this, you can remove the patch before going to bed (after about 16 hours) and apply a new patch when you wake up.
