Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product.
Application and dosage:
Adults (including the elderly): place one drop of ophthalmic gel into the lower conjunctival sac 1-4 times a day, depending on the degree of visual impairment.
Children: Specific studies on the use of the gel for this category have not been conducted. It is recommended not to use the drug in children until new data become available.
Notes:
After instillation, the bottle should be stored in an upright position with the cap down to facilitate the formation of drops for later use. Avoid touching your eyes with the end of the bottle. Close the bottle cap after each use.
Cautions:
Benzalkonium chloride is commonly used in ophthalmic products as a preservative. Rare cases of punctate keratopathy and/or ulcerative keratopathy have been reported.

Benzalkonium chloride may be absorbed and discolor contact lenses, so patients should be advised to wait up to 30 minutes after instillation of the drug before using contact lenses.
If symptoms persist or worsen, the patient should inform the doctor.
Interactions:
In case of concomitant treatment with other ophthalmic drugs, wait 15 minutes between instillations. This gel should be the last medicine to be instilled.
Undesirable effects:
As with other eye drops, slight and temporary itching or burning may occur after instillation. Temporary blurred vision may occur after instillation before the gel is evenly distributed over the surface of the eye.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There is no experience regarding the safety of using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Pregnant and lactating women should use this gel with caution.
