Glazing substance of plant origin (capsule) – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; freeze-dried live bacterial cultures (produced with milk derivatives): Streptococcus thermophilus DSM24731®, Bifidobacteriumlongum DSM24736®, Bifidobacterium breve DSM24732®, Bifidobacteriuminfantis DSM24737®, Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM24735®, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM24730 ®, Lactobacillus paracasei DSM24733®, Lactobacillusdelbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus DSM24734®; filling agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily intake
Adults, children and infants: 1-4 capsules daily.
In the case of supplementation in children under 3 years of age and infants, the contents of the capsule should be dissolved in cool liquid and administered immediately after preparation.
In the case of supplementation in children over 3 years of age and adults, the capsule should be swallowed and washed down with cool water. The capsule can also be opened and its contents consumed directly or after dissolving in another cool liquid.
The contents of the capsule should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids.
