“Indications
The drug is intended for use in children and adults in the following cases:
pain of various origins, mild to moderate intensity:
– headaches (including migraines),
– toothache,
– pain in muscles, joints and bones,
– pain after injuries,
– neuralgia,
– pain associated with colds and flu,
– painful menstruation
– ear pain resulting from inflammation of the middle ear.
Feverish conditions of various origins (including influenza, colds or other infectious diseases).
Compound
The active ingredient is ibuprofen. Each capsule contains 200 mg of ibuprofen.
Excipients: macrogol 600, potassium hydroxide, purified water; capsule shell: gelatin, non-crystallizing liquid sorbitol, liquid maltitol, purified water.
Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Oral administration.
The maximum daily dose should not be exceeded.
Children – the maximum daily dose of ibuprofen is 20-30 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3-4 single doses.
Recommended dose.
Children from 6 to 9 years old (20–29 kg): initial dose 1 capsule. Then, if necessary, 1 capsule every 8 hours. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules (600 mg ibuprofen).
Children from 10 to 12 years old (30-39 kg): initial dose 1 capsule. Then, if necessary, 1 capsule every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules (800 mg ibuprofen).
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (over 40 kg): initial dose – 1-2 capsules. Then, as needed, 1 (200 mg) – 2 (400 mg) capsules every 4 (for a dose of 200 mg) up to 6 hours (for a dose of 400 mg). The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules (1200 mg ibuprofen).
The minimum interval between subsequent doses is 4-6 hours.
Capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Capsules should not be chewed, sucked, or crushed.
If you need to use this medication for more than 3 days or your symptoms worsen, call your doctor.
The drug is intended for emergency use.
The medicine should not be used in patients weighing less than 20 kg.
In patients with mild to moderate renal and/or hepatic impairment, there is no need to reduce the dose.
No dose adjustment is required in elderly patients.”
