Indications
Ibuprom for Children Forte is used in fever of various origins (also in the course of viral infections, in the course of a post-vaccination reaction) and pains of various origins of mild to moderate intensity (for example, headaches, throat, muscles, joints and bones).
Active substance:
Ibuprofen 200 mg / 5 ml;
Excipients: sodium benzoate (E 211), anhydrous citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, sodium chloride, 15 cP hypromellose, xanthan gum, liquid maltitol, glycerol, thaumatin (E 957),
strawberry flavor, purified water.
Properties
Ibuprofen has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. The analgesic and antipyretic effect of ibuprofen begins within 30 minutes of taking the medicinal product.
Following oral administration, ibuprofen is partially absorbed in the stomach and then completely
in the small intestine. After metabolism in the liver, the pharmacologically inactive metabloites
are completely eliminated.
