Recommended consumption:
Premature newborns: contents of 1 capsule per day until the corrected age of 40 weeks of pregnancy.
Children from 1 to 18 years old: contents of 1 capsule per day.
Adults: 1-2 capsules per day throughout the year, if effective vitamin D synthesis in the skin is not ensured during the summer months.
How to use:
Use for newborns and children under 10 years of age: the tip of the capsule should be squeezed, twisted and torn off. Then squeeze the contents directly into your mouth, onto a spoon, or add to your food.
Children over 10 years of age and adults can swallow the capsule whole with water.
