Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is biotin.
Each tablet contains 10 mg of biotin.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose type 102; lactose monohydrate; povidone K 30; crospovidone, type B; Magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you have any doubts, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults: 5 to 10 mg per day. The usually recommended dose is 5 mg per day or, in severe cases, 10 mg per day. The duration of treatment depends on the patient’s condition and the course of the disease. Remission of symptoms is observed after approximately 4 weeks of use.
Children and teenagers. The drug can be used in children and adolescents only as prescribed by a doctor. Your doctor will determine the optimal dosage and duration of use.
Directions for use: Oral. The tablet should be taken with a sufficient amount of water (for example, ½ glass).
Action
The drug contains biotin, which is part of the group of B vitamins. OeparolMed Biotin compensates for the deficiency of biotin, which supports the formation of creatine, as well as the differentiation of epidermal cells, hair and nails, improving their condition.
Indications
The indication for use of OeparolMed Biotin is biotin deficiency, manifested, in particular, by hair loss, impaired hair and nail growth, inflammation of the skin around the eyes, nose, mouth and ears.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used if you are hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the ingredients of the drug.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine may cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Very rare (less than 1 in 10,000 people): allergic reactions (urticaria), gastrointestinal disorders.
Warnings and Precautions
If you are having laboratory tests, you should tell your doctor or laboratory personnel that you have recently taken OeparolMed Biotin because biotin may interfere with the results of such tests. It is recommended to stop using OeparolMed Biotyna 3 days before the scheduled test, unless the laboratory advises otherwise.
