“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is inosine pranobexum: a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypropyldimethylammonium 4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1:3.
5 ml of syrup contains 250 mg of inosine pranobex.
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, sucrose, anhydrous citric acid, sodium hydroxide, propylene glycol, banana flavor AR 0010, purified water.
Dosage
The medicine should be taken orally.
Adults, including the elderly: usually 20 ml of syrup 3 or 4 times a day.
Children over 1 year: 1 ml of syrup per kg of body weight per day. The medicine should be taken 3 times a day according to the table below:

Action
Neosin is an antiviral drug that increases the body’s immunity (stimulating the immune system).
Indications
Neosin is used as an adjuvant for people with weakened immune systems and for recurrent upper respiratory tract infections.
Contraindications
When you should not take Neosin:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any other ingredient of the medicine,
if you are currently suffering from an attack of gout or high levels of uric acid in the blood.

Before taking Neosin, talk to your doctor if you have gout or high uric acid levels, kidney stones, or kidney problems.
Neosin contains sucrose. If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
