“Luminastil 50 mg is intended for use in cases of sporadic insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings at night, early morning awakenings associated with stress or jet lag.
Compound
1 tablet contains:
active ingredient: diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50 mg,
auxiliary ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Action
Sleeping pill, sedative.
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended dose and frequency of administration.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of the drug: 1 tablet per day.
Do not take an extra tablet when you wake up at night.
Duration of treatment: Treatment should be as short as possible.
Do not use for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
If you do not feel better or feel worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
Contraindications
When should you not take Luminastil?
If you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any other ingredient of this medicine.
If you have a scarring stomach ulcer (damage to the lining of the stomach or the beginning of the intestines).
If you have a blockage in your stomach or intestines (for example, caused by a peptic ulcer).
If you have a tumor of the adrenal gland (known as pheochromocytoma).
If you have a heart problem called QT prolongation.
If you have cardiovascular disease or a low heart rate.
If you have low levels of electrolytes in your blood (such as low potassium or magnesium).
If you are taking medications for heart rhythm problems or medications that may affect your heart rhythm.
If sudden death due to heart disease occurs in your immediate family.
