Action
The Irigasin Junior medical device allows you to prepare both isotonic and hypertonic solutions depending on the patient’s needs.
An isotonic sodium chloride solution cleanses the nasal cavity of residual secretions, bacteria, viruses and allergens, cares for the nose and sinuses, and moisturizes the nasal mucosa.
Hypertonic sodium chloride solution, in addition to its cleansing effect, has osmotic properties that reduce swelling of the mucous membrane.
Indications
Isotonic sodium chloride solution is recommended:
for acute or chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses,
in case of rhinitis caused by infection or allergy,
before and after surgery on the nose and paranasal sinuses,
after exposure to high concentrations of dust in the air,
prophylactically to maintain proper hygiene of the nose and sinuses,
with dry nasal mucosa (as a result of prolonged use of nasal medications, stay in air-conditioned or excessively heated rooms)
Hypertonic sodium chloride solution is recommended:
in case of nasal swelling accompanying rhinitis due to infection or allergies (hay fever), as well as sinusitis.
How to use a medical device
Children over 4 years of age: Rinse nose and sinuses 1-2 times daily or as recommended by a physician.
Children may use the product independently only under adult supervision.
To prepare an isotonic solution, pour 1 sachet of powder into the bottle, and then add boiled chilled water to the mark (120 ml).
To prepare a hypertonic solution, pour 2 sachets of powder into the bottle, and then add boiled cooled water to the mark (120 ml).
Contraindications and precautions
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to sodium chloride.
Immediately after irrigation, the child should not lie down for an hour so that the remaining solution does not get into the ear.
Do not use if the nose is completely blocked, do not allow the solution to leak out.
Do not use if you have an ear infection or blockage.
If you have had ear surgery, consult your physician before use.
Do not use more than an hour before bedtime.

Store at room temperature.
