Compound
The active ingredient is mometasone furoas.

Dosage
The medicine is injected into the nose. Relief of symptoms may occur 12 hours after the first dose of the drug, but the full therapeutic effect appears after 2 days of using the spray.
Typically, adults over 18 years of age are given 2 sprays in each nostril once a day.

Momester Nasal reduces swelling and irritation of the nasal mucosa. Indications
Momester Nasal is used to treat the symptoms of doctor-diagnosed seasonal allergic rhinitis (also called seasonal allergic rhinitis or hay fever) in adults 18 years of age and older.
Contraindications
A contraindication to the use of Momester Nasal is an allergy to memetasone furonate or any of the other ingredients. The medicine should not be used by people with an untreated nasal infection or by people who have recently had surgery or trauma to the nose.”
