Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum).
5 ml of suspension contain ibuprofen 200 mg.
Excipients: hypromellose, xanthan gum, glycerin (E422), sodium benzoate (E211), liquid maltitol (E965), sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, sodium saccharin (E954), sodium chloride, strawberry flavor, purified water.
Dosage
When determining the dose of ibuprofen for children weighing more than 5 kg, the body weight (BW) and age of the child should be taken into account. The usual single dose of ibuprofen is 7 to 10 mg/kg. up to a maximum daily dose of 30 mg/kg body weight, divided into 3–4 single doses.
The drug is taken after meals with plenty of liquid.
There should be a break of at least 6 hours between subsequent doses.
For precise dosing, a dosing syringe is included in the package.
Shake the bottle before use.
The maximum daily dose should not be exceeded.
Without consulting a doctor, the patient should not use the medicine for more than 3 days. The drug is intended for emergency use.
If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms occur, the patient should consult a doctor.
The medicine should not be used in infants weighing less than 5 kg.

Children 3 to 5 months old should see a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 24 hours.
Children over 6 months of age should seek medical attention if use of the product is necessary for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen.
In elderly patients, no dose adjustment is required.
Overdose is rare, but if you accidentally take too much medication, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
Action
Ibufen for children FORTE reduces fever, has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Indications
Ibufen for children is intended for use in children, adolescents and adults in the following cases:
fever of various origins (including viral infections),
pain of various origins, mild to moderate intensity (including ear pain that occurs with inflammation of the middle ear).
Contraindications
When should Ibufen Forte not be used in children:
if you are allergic to ibuprofen, other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
if you have had allergy symptoms in the past such as runny nose (rhinitis), angioedema, urticaria, bronchospasm, bronchial asthma after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs),
if you have or have had stomach and/or duodenal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding,
if you have had bleeding or perforation of the gastrointestinal tract associated with previous treatment with NSAIDs,
if you have severe liver, kidney or heart failure,
if you have cerebrovascular bleeding or other active bleeding,
if the patient has a bleeding disorder,
if you have unexplained hematopoietic disorders such as thrombocytopenia,
if you suffer from severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake),
during the last three months of pregnancy,
Do not use in children weighing less than 5 kg.”
