Application areas
Spray dosing – anti-cold remedy (rhinological, alpha-sympathomimetic).
The active substance xylometazoline hydrochloride has vasoconstrictor properties and thus reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa.
The spray dosing is applied
to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in colds, episodic rhinitis (vasomotor rhinitis) and allergic rhinitis (allergic rhinitis).
to facilitate the outflow of secretions in inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and otitis (catarrh of the middle ear tube) in combination with a runny nose.
The spray dispenser is intended for schoolchildren and adults.
The recommended dose is
School-age children and adults can instill 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage and duration of use!
Duration of use
Do not use the product for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor. Repeated use should only be carried out after a break of several days. The duration of use in children should always be consulted with a doctor.
Due to the risk of damage to the nasal mucosa, it can only be used for chronic colds under the supervision of a doctor.

Contraindications
The medicine must not be used
if you are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you suffer from dry inflammation of the nasal mucosa with crusting (dry rhinitis).
in infants and children under 6 years of age.”
