The natural substance ectoine, obtained from microorganisms, enhances the water-binding effect and maintains the natural barrier of the cornea and conjunctiva against inflammatory irritants. In addition, ectoine stabilizes the lipid phase of the tear film, the eyes are better protected from tear evaporation and therefore from drying out. Thanks to the dual active principle, mild to moderate symptoms of allergy-related irritations, as well as typical symptoms of dry eyes, can be alleviated.
Application:
Usually instill one drop into each eye three times a day.
Remove the protective cap before use.
Hold the bottle with the dropper tip facing down. Place your thumb on the shoulder of the bottle and your other fingers on the bottom of the bottle.
Lightly support the hand holding the bottle with your other hand.
Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down the lower eyelid with your other hand. Press firmly on the bottom of the bottle and instill a drop into the conjunctival sac. Thanks to the special COMOD® pump system, exactly 1 drop comes out. Close your eye slowly to distribute the liquid over the surface of the eye. Immediately close the dropper tip with the cap after use.”
